Pressure equipment In-service inspection - Inspexi

The service includes the planning and the management of the actions to verify the integrity of pressure equipment in-service, specifically:

• examination of project documentation and management of the system provided by the owner
  

• definition of the inspection plan (which includes visual examination of all parts inspected, the measurement of the thikness, prediction of any other examinations and tests required in consideration of the complete inspection, the conditions of the equipment highlighted on site and any indications by the manufacturer)
  

• carrying out the tests laid down in the inspection plan by issuing specific test reports
  

• issuance of the technical report detailing the actions needed in the exercise of the equipment or set security
  

• for equipment which operate under creep, and / or fatigue shall be calculate the remaining life, as per applicable laws and rules
  

• management of permits and authorizations as required by the competent authorities
