Crane Safety Assessment - Inspexi

This service is intended to define the steps to be taken during long-term operation of cranes, that reaches the constraints set out in the planning stage, to ensure a new safe working period in accordance with ISO 12482 -1, or other applicable standards.
During the structural verification (or additional survey) is assessed the state of maintenance and the integrity of the crane, checking also the documents made available by the customer, shall be performed non-destructive testing, functional tests without load and under load.

Once performed the tests, and the data made available have been analysed, shall be issued the Report of Survey by the engineer expert, this report shows all the details of the status of the crane, and any action that the owner of the crane must implement in order to operate safety, the calculation of the remaining life indicating the period within which the machines shall be subjected to an overhaul. The Report of Survey is kept by the employer (the crane owner).

The service is also useful in order to evaluate the actions to be undertaken by the owner of the crane if the machine has operated for a long time without ever having obtained the registration by Inspection Body (for non-compliance by the owner of the crane or other causes).
